1. Section 2.6.5, page 21, in the example:

   "#pragma flush" should be "#pragma omp flush"
   in two places

   "#pragma barrier" should be "#pragma omp barrier"
   in two places

   "{" after "#pragma omp for schedule(static)"
   should be removed.
