[Omp] parallel sparse linear algebra toolbox

Hi everybody,-
 do you know any available parallel sparse linear algebra toolbox written
in OpenMP (or MPI or both) by any chance? i need to do parallel sparse
matrix-matrix and matrix-(dense)vector multiplications.
