Various vendors have trial periods and cost-free solutions for academics. For example, go to http://www.intel.com and follow the products link.
Please note that the "OpenMP library" is typically tied to the specific compiler you are using.
Let me know if you have other questions.

Subject: [Omp] Download OMP for Gcc ?
Good morning. I am a french student prensently in a training program in a CNRS lab. I am very intrested in OpenMp in order to parallel my program development. Indeed, my application concerns lots of matrix handling in many loops !
I am working presently on Sun computers but I am going to migrate on PC with Linux OS. So, I would like know how to download OpenMP library for standard use. In fact, my favorite IDE is Eclipse and I would be very happy to integrate Open MP!!!
Is it obligatory to purchase something or is OpenMP open source and respecting a GNU Public Licence ?
thank you for your future answers and for OpenMP !
Cordially,
Michael MARY
PS: I hope my English speaking was good
