[Omp] OpenMP spec 2.5 seems to have incorrect flush example on page 12

Is there a more formal description of OMP's memory model
than what is in spec 2.5? While there is much improvement in
this area over the 2.0 spec, it is by far not accurate
enough for us compiler writers.

I would like to see this make another step in the right
direction, and offer my help, in OMP 3.0.
