[Omp] OpenMP spec 2.5 seems to have incorrect flush example on page 12

    The formal memory model is attached. It agrees with what we have been
discussing thus far with the memory model in the 2.5 spec, specifically
the text in Section 1.4.2 that has been knocked around so much in this
discussion. Tell me if you need any additional info on the memory model.
