[Omp] value propagation on the initialization of copyin clause

Hi,
   
      Assuming there is a code where a copyin clause is used in a parallel region... 
      If just "one" thread is defined on the execution of this code, as soon as the parallel region is reached will gonna have some propagation of values to some copy of the variable enclosed in the copyin clause? 
      (Just like it happens if more than one thread executes the parallel region?)
