  • Read Only -- Disposition elsewhere
  • Write then Read -- Possibly Local
  • Read then Write -- Independent or Reductions
  • Written -- Live on Exit?

• Goal -- determine storage classes --

  • Local or private variables are local per thread
  • Shared variables -- everything else
