The 4th annual conference for OpenMP developers to discuss all aspects of parallel programming with OpenMP, and run in conjunction with IWOMP.
We held an OpenMP BoF “OpenMP 5.0 is Nearly Here -- Find out All About It!” at the ISC2018 event in Frankfurt on Tuesday June 26th. There were over 80 attendees, filling the available space in the room. A summary of the session and presentations are now available online.
The first UK OpenMP Users’ Group Meeting took place at St Catherine’s College Oxford on May 21st and 22nd. Over 40 people attended with everyone who completed the survey saying they would recommend it to colleagues, and rating it as either “Excellent”, or “Very Good”. The presentations are now available online.

OpenMP ARB Technical Report 6 (TR6) extends TR4 adding a number of key features and is a preview of OpenMP 5.0, expected in November 2018. more

The presentations from the 3rd OpenMP developers conference are now available for download from the OpenMPCon website. The conference is the annual forum for the discussion of all aspects of parallel programming with OpenMP. more
