where clause can be any of the clauses accepted by the target or teams distributeparallel for simd directives with identical meanings and restrictions.

DescriptionThe semantics are identical to explicitly specifying a target directive immediately followed by a teams distribute parallel worksharing-loop SIMD directive.

RestrictionsThe restrictions for the target and teams distribute parallel worksharing-loop SIMD constructs apply except for the following explicit modifications:

If any if clause on the directive includes a directive-name-modifier then all if clauses on the directive must include a directive-name-modifier.
At most one if clause without a directive-name-modifier can appear on the directive.
At most one if clause with the parallel directive-name-modifier can appear on the directive.
At most one if clause with the target directive-name-modifier can appear on the directive.
